Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate with the room. Although I had a printout with confirmation of a harbor view room, staff said they were booked up. The next morning we found there to be several rooms that had not been occupied the previous night. Loud noises coming from down the hall - several parties with underage kids. The view of the harbor was amazing.
Staff directed in the wrong way to our room.

Very nice, nice view, staff seemed uneducated and the elevator was dirty.

The noise from other people staying in the hotel

You'll like the location to the water and shopping. Staff were pleasant and couteous. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. I'd come back again.

The Marina view room was great and the staff was top notch.
Elevator was not working while I was there.

Overall good hotel. Price was fair for the area being on the Marina and the room was very nice.

Nice location overlooking the boats in the harbor.
Lobby check-in location is not well marked from outside.

This Hotel shares public areas with the Four Points Sheraton, (connected by a second level foot bridge), yet has the better location overlooking the harbor, and is less expensive. The hotel location is close to the Island Packers boat going to the Channel Islands. The rooms have large flat screen TV's, great for watching a movies. The self-serve breakfast room is quick, easy and well stocked, perfect for the business traveler, or family on the go. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the lobby staff. ...read more
